Return Authorization Form

This form is required for all product returns. Please read our policies to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions of your return. The merchandise you are requesting to return must be new and in resellable condition with it's original packaging including tags and labels. Once you fill out the Return Authorization Form, Baby News Online will review the information and issue a Return Authorization Code for qualifying items. The Return Authorization Code will be sent to you within 2 business days with instructions on how to send your return.
